Since 2013, she has served as Managing Partner of APA Decisions, now APA LATAM, driving talent and organizational transformation throughout the region.
Her background spans technology, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, professional services, and finance, complemented by regional corporate experience in marketing and communications with Tetra Pak and Motta International. She holds a degree in International Business and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans, with advanced studies in disruptive innovation at INCAE Business School and Babson College, and certifications in Instructional Design (ATD®) and Top Grading.

With over 8 years of experience in international executive recruitment for companies in Spain, Mexico, Central America, and Panama, she is proficient in the healthcare, IT, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors. Concurrently, she has developed impactful advisory and professional integration programs in the region.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Americas in Puebla and a Master's in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School in Spain. She is certified by DISC® Spain for human behavior analysis. In August 2021, she joined the APA-Catenon team as an associate consultant for Panama, Central America, the Caribbean, and the region
Renee Verazas
Senior Associate
Expert in executive recruitment in Spain and Latin America, specializing in the technology, telecommunications, consumer goods, distribution, retail, and financial sectors. She brings extensive experience in human resources from companies such as Tigo (Telecarrier), Digicel, and Grupo Rey. In May 2023, she joined APA-Catenon as an Associate Consultant for Panama, Central America, and the Caribbean.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and is a graduate of the Postgraduate Program in Directorial Development in Sustainable Business from the Barcelona School of Management. She is certified in Coaching by the ICC.
